We believe it is important to talk to customers as we have a flexible product range suiting all individual studios needs.

We do not rely on a fixed range of Body Piercing Jewellery as studios needs are often different and we are happy to oblige your piercing style were possible.

Where possible we try and dispatch orders received by 3pm the same day.

Parcels are shipped normally via UPS providing you with a next day traceable delivery.
If an Email address is provided tracking numbers and shipment updates will
be emailed to you via UPS.

Royal Mail recorded delivery is also
used depending on value and weight this service can take two to three days.

We will ship using the most cost effective method for the customer and dependent on their requirements.

Payment is by credit or debit card.
Studio 18 Body Jewellery Ltd if fully PCI compliant to process your card payment.
We do not use on-line systems to process you transaction keeping your card details secure.
You will need to have the address details to where the card is registered. Other payment methods are accepted including bank transfer, please enquire for details.

If an item is not in stock payment will not be taken for it until it is ready to ship.
Studio 18 Body Jewellery will cover the shipping cost of any back order items so you are not penalised.
We make every effort to make sure everything is in stock but being a major wholesale body jewellery supplier it can some times occur.
